From parkrun to the Outlaw Full β everyone is supported, and every step matters.
At Nottingham Triathlon Club, we believe sport is for everyone β from first-timers to seasoned racers. Whether youβre running your first 5K or completing a full triathlon, youβre part of the same supportive community.
Exercise is powerful for mental health.
It can ease stress, lift your mood, improve sleep, and create connection. But equally important is knowing when to rest.
Recovery is part of the process.
Taking time out, listening to your body, and caring for your mind are signs of strength.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, weβre reminding everyone:
β’ Move in a way that feels right for you
β’ Rest when you need it
β’ Support others on their journey
β’ And know that youβre never alone
